AUTOMOTIVE MEMBERSHIP
PLAN TERMS & INFORMATION
Eligibility: Membership plans are designed for vehicles receiving routine upkeep. A Class A Full Detail is required before enrollment.
Monthly Billing: Plans are billed at a flat monthly rate based on the selected service frequency, not per visit.
Vehicle Condition: Excessive dirt buildup, pet hair, significant staining, or neglected interiors may require additional fees or a reset detail before maintenance service continues. Any additional charges require approval.
Priority Scheduling: Weekly members receive priority scheduling, subject to availability.
Pausing & Cancellation: Plans may be paused or canceled with at least 7 days' notice before the next billing date. Late requests may take effect in the following billing cycle.
Missed Visits: Services must be performed within the scheduled plan interval. Missed or unused visits do not roll over, accumulate, or qualify for credits.
