Last Updated: 10/29/2026
These Terms & Conditions govern the booking and provision of services by BLACKSERIES DETAILING LLC (“BLACKSERIES,” “BSD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting, scheduling, approving, or receiving services, the customer (“you” or “Customer”) acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Service Scope & Package Integrity
BLACKSERIES DETAILING does not offer partial or selectively omitted services within established detailing packages. Each package is performed according to its defined scope of work and is priced accordingly. Customers may select from available packages and enhancements; however, individual components of a package cannot be removed in exchange for a reduced price.
If a customer's requested service falls outside our available offerings or service standards, BLACKSERIES DETAILING reserves the right to decline the request and, where appropriate, refer the customer to another detailing provider.
Results & Service Limitations
Detailing improves the appearance and condition of a vehicle but does not guarantee restoration of every defect.
BSD does not guarantee complete removal of:
-
Permanent stains
-
Scratches
-
Swirl marks
-
Etching
-
Oxidation
-
Paint defects
-
Embedded contamination
-
Odors
-
Discoloration
-
Wear
-
Damage caused by previous treatments or neglect
Some conditions may require bodywork, upholstery repair, odor remediation, or other specialized services outside the scope of detailing.
BSD will not represent a vehicle as being restored beyond what the selected service is reasonably capable of achieving.
Paint Condition & Finish Limitations
Standard detailing services are not intended to restore faded, oxidized, or dull paint finishes. While a hybrid wax coating is included as standard protection with all detailing services as of October 28, 2026, it may temporarily enhance gloss and appearance but will not reverse fading, oxidation, or other paint defects.
Improvement of these conditions may require a separate paint enhancement or correction service, subject to an assessment of the vehicle's paint condition. Results cannot be guaranteed and depend on the condition of the existing finish.
Pre-Existing Damage & Fragile Materials
BSD takes reasonable care while performing services.
However, older, damaged, deteriorated, improperly repaired, or weakened materials may fail during ordinary cleaning or detailing processes.
This may include:
-
Brittle plastic
-
Failing clear coat
-
Loose trim
-
Peeling paint
-
Deteriorated rubber
-
Damaged leather
-
Weak adhesives
-
Aftermarket accessories
-
Previously repaired components
BSD is not responsible for damage that was pre-existing, concealed, improperly repaired, or caused by deterioration of the material itself.
Personal Property
Customers should remove valuable or personal items from their vehicle before service.
This includes:
-
Cash
-
Jewelry
-
Electronics
-
Documents
-
Medication
-
Collectibles
-
Other valuables
BSD is not responsible for personal property left inside a vehicle unless the property was specifically entrusted to BSD.
Hazardous & Unsuitable Vehicles
BSD reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service involving:
-
Biohazardous contamination
-
Needles or sharps
-
Hazardous chemicals
-
Excessive bodily fluids
-
Unsafe vehicles
-
Severe infestation
-
Severe flooding / mold
-
Unreasonably hazardous conditions
-
Illegal materials
-
Conditions that create an unreasonable risk to BSD personnel or equipment
Specialized remediation may be recommended where appropriate.
Wheel Faces & Wheel Barrel Accessibility
BLACKSERIES Detailing cleans exposed wheel faces and accessible wheel barrel surfaces as part of the applicable detailing service. Cleaning is performed using appropriate tools and methods selected according to the wheel's design, finish, condition, and accessibility.
Wheel Barrel Accessibility Limitations
BLACKSERIES Detailing makes reasonable efforts to clean accessible wheel barrel surfaces, including the use of appropriately sized, narrow-profile detailing brushes where safe and practical. However, wheel designs that restrict access, including wheels with limited or no openings through the wheel face, may prevent complete access to the inner barrel.
Where access is restricted, BLACKSERIES Detailing will clean the accessible surfaces to the extent reasonably possible. Complete removal of brake dust, road grime, and other contamination from inaccessible barrel surfaces is not guaranteed. Remaining contamination in areas that cannot be safely reached does not constitute an incomplete service.
Wheel Removal & Disassembly
Standard detailing services do not include removing wheels, tires, center caps, hubcaps, aerodynamic covers, or other wheel components to gain access to otherwise inaccessible surfaces. BLACKSERIES Detailing does not perform wheel removal or disassembly as part of standard detailing services and is not responsible for damage, complications, or other consequences arising from wheel removal or disassembly performed by third parties.
Specialized Wheel Services
Wheel removal or additional access procedures may be considered separately for a specifically offered and agreed-upon wheel coating service, subject to the service scope, vehicle compatibility, safety requirements, and applicable terms. Such procedures are not included in standard detailing services unless expressly agreed upon in writing.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers who wish to have the surfaces beneath hubcaps or removable wheel covers cleaned must remove them before the scheduled service. BLACKSERIES Detailing does not remove or reinstall these components as part of standard detailing services. If the components remain installed, BSD will clean only the exposed, accessible surfaces and will not be responsible for cleaning concealed areas. Customers are responsible for reinstalling any removed components and ensuring they are properly secured before operating the vehicle.
Payment, Cancellation, & Service Terms
1. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless alternative payment terms have been agreed to in writing by BLACKSERIES Detailing LLC ("BSD").
Customers are responsible for payment of:
-
The agreed service price.
-
Additional services expressly approved by the customer.
-
Any other charges disclosed to and agreed upon by the customer before they are incurred.
BSD will confirm the service price with the customer before performing any service. No additional services or charges will be added without the customer's approval.
BSD may require a deposit or payment authorization for certain services or appointments.
Any deposit, payment authorization, or advance payment requirement will be communicated to the customer before it is imposed.
2. Outstanding Balances & Nonpayment
Customers are responsible for paying all amounts properly due for services performed in accordance with the agreed service price and these terms.
If payment is unsuccessful or an outstanding balance remains after service completion, the customer is expected to promptly resolve the balance using an accepted payment method.
BSD may issue payment reminders, provide written notice of the outstanding balance, and suspend acceptance of future bookings while an account remains unpaid.
If an outstanding balance remains unresolved, BSD reserves the right to pursue lawful collection remedies, including formal demands for payment and legal proceedings where appropriate. Any collection costs, fees, or other additional charges will be sought only when permitted by applicable law and any applicable agreement.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
BSD does not charge cancellation or rescheduling fees. Customers are kindly requested to provide advance notice whenever possible so that appointments and service availability can be managed accordingly.
4. Customer Acknowledgment & Agreement
APPOINTMENTS CANNOT BE BOOKED THROUGH BSD'S ONLINE BOOKING PROCESS WITHOUT THE CUSTOMER'S REQUIRED ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS.
By accepting these terms and submitting a booking, the customer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to review these provisions and agrees to comply with the applicable payment obligations, approved service charges, and other terms stated herein.
Acceptance of these terms does not waive any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

-
Rain
-
Extreme heat
-
High winds
-
Poor air quality
-
Freezing temperatures
-
Direct sunlight
-

-
Other environmental conditions
BSD may reschedule an appointment when conditions could compromise safety or service quality.
Service Delays

However, delays may occur because of:
-
Traffic
-
Previous appointments
-
Vehicle condition
-
Weather
-
Equipment issues
-
Road closures
-
Emergencies
-
Other circumstances outside BSD's reasonable control
BSD will communicate significant delays whenever reasonably possible.
Customer Satisfaction
BLACKSERIES DETAILING stands behind the quality of its workmanship. If you believe a service was not completed according to the agreed service scope, contact BSD within 24 hours of completion.
BSD may request photographs, inspect the vehicle, or schedule a reinspection.
Where appropriate, BSD may correct an identified workmanship issue.
Customer dissatisfaction based solely on subjective preference or conditions outside the agreed service scope does not automatically constitute a basis for a refund.
Damage Claims
If a customer believes BSD caused damage during service, the customer must notify BSD as soon as reasonably possible.
BSD may:
-
Inspect the vehicle
-
Review pre-service photographs
-
Review service records
-

Request supporting documentation
Claims will be evaluated based on the circumstances and available evidence.

The service location is unsafe.
-
The vehicle presents an unreasonable hazard.
-
The requested work falls outside BSD's capabilities.
-
The customer engages in threatening, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.
-
The customer materially misrepresents the vehicle's condition.
-
The requested service cannot reasonably be performed as booked.
-
Continuing the service would create an unreasonable risk to people, property, or equipment.
Third-Party Services & Recommendations
BSD may recommend third-party services when a vehicle requires work outside BSD's scope, including:
-
Body repair
-
Paint repair
-
Upholstery repair
-
Mechanical repair
-
Glass repair
-
Specialized odor remediation
BSD is not responsible for the work, pricing, warranties, or conduct of independent third-party providers.
Privacy
Customer information is handled in accordance with the BLACKSERIES DETAILING Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
BSD reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions as its services, policies, or operations evolve. Updated terms will be published on the BLACKSERIES DETAILING website. The terms applicable to a booking are those in effect when the appointment is confirmed, unless otherwise required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
By booking, authorizing, or receiving services from BLACKSERIES DETAILING LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
